Welcome to 7Cedars. By accessing our website or engaging our interior design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
7Cedars provides interior design services including residential design, commercial interiors, design consultation, material sourcing, home staging, and lighting design. The scope, deliverables, and fees for each project are defined in a separate agreement or proposal.
Consultation bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel consultations with reasonable notice. Complimentary discovery calls are offered at our discretion and do not constitute a binding commitment.
Fees for design services will be agreed upon in writing before work begins. Payment terms, including deposits and milestones, will be specified in your project agreement. Late payments may incur interest as specified in the agreement.
All design concepts, drawings, specifications, and creative work produced by 7Cedars remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use the designs for their specified project. We retain the right to use project imagery for our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, accurate information about their space and preferences, and access to the project site as needed. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and costs.
7Cedars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Cancellation terms will be specified in your project agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable once design work has commenced. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
